Hello! We’re excited to announce a new update out on web focused on large tournament support and user convenience improvements - coming soon to mobile.

New Features:

  • Navigation Rework with Recently Viewed Tournaments - general navigation has been shifted to a new sidebar, which also includes quick navigation back to tournaments you’ve visited in the past and an easily-available option for tournament creation.
  • In-bracket Navigation - the top bar of a bracket or event page now offers easy navigation back to the tournament, or to other events in the same tournament.
  • Stream queue - organizers can now associate streams with a tournament, and assign matches to particular streams. Supports quadstreams, allowing users to set a simultaneous match capacity for each stream.
  • Registration Options/Products - TOs can offer products for purchase during registration, and set custom questions which users will be asked. Responses and purchases are visible to TOs on the attendees page.
  • Standings Rework - a new and improved look for the Standings page allows you to search for particular players’ results, and to click on a competitor to view their individual matches.
  • Attendee Export - TOs can now export a tourament's attendees in a csv format.
  • In-Progress Reporting - TOs can now update the score of a match as it progresses, without finalizing the result. Reporting individual game results through Advanced Reporting will also now update the match score.
  • Match Action Menu - replaced the "Hold to Start" option with multiple match actions, which can be accessed by right clicking or with the "..." icon on a match.
  • Wave Support (currently view-only) - Brackets can now be associated with Waves, which will set their start time. This is currently only available on partner tournaments; the option to set your own waves will become publicly available in the future.

Fixes and Improvements:

  • Right-clicking on the seeding page now allows you to view a user's profile, reducing accidental redirection while trying to move Seeds.
  • Clicking on users in a bracket will no longer take you to their profile page, nor will it open the result search in a multiphase event. A link to a user's profile can still be accessed by hovering over them in bracket.
  • Attendees page headers are now sticky, so column names are still visible when scrolling down and attendee names are still visible when scrolling right.
  • Filled in Sponsor name/avatar in a few places where it wasn’t appearing properly.
  • Made several configuration/server changes to improve performance and reliability.
  • Smooth form return from Discord redirection - your existing responses will be saved and restored after navigating away to link your Discord while registering for a tournament.
  • API change: Round labels are now calculated server-side and returned, so third-party tools can see the round name.
